Barrier Post IFC to Districts

Objective

The BP IFC submittal is used to send bundled Barrier Post repair projects for construction.

 

Workflow

Steps

1.   From the Project Tools dropdown, click the + beside Submittals.

 

 

2.   Complete the following fields:

• Title - Enter the BP package name
• Submittal Type - Select BP IFC
• Responsible Contractor -  Select SDGE
• Distribution List -  Enter the appropriate Gas Construction Supervisor 

 

3.  Attach your files.

 

 

4.  Scroll down to the Submittal Workflow and enter the appropriate District Supervisor(s), then click Create & Send Emails.

 

 

5.  The completed form will all fields entered should look like below. Once all fields are completed, click the Create & Send Emails button and an email notification will go out to the District Supervisor and the Gas Construction Manager.
