2-Week Lookahead Training Guide
Document Intention:
To explain the process of completing the weekly requirement of submitting a 2-Week Lookahead.
2-Week Lookahead Explanation:
The 2-Week Lookahead serves as a way to identify possible delays or problems with the schedule of the job site. It also provides management with insight as to whether the schedule presents an accurate picture of the upcoming events of the project. There should be one 2-Week Lookahead completed once a week for this requirement to be met.
Completing a 2-Week Lookahead: (once a week)
1. Navigate to the "Notes" section of the Daily Log tool.

2. Tap the red arrow to add a new entry so your 2-Week Lookahead has it's own note entry.

3. In the "Two Week Lookahead" text box, describe any notable schedule related events that will be happening within the next 2 weeks, along with any current circumstances that might hinder them. When you have finished, make sure to tap "Save" in the upper right corner to add the entry to the daily log.
IMPORTANT: This process only needs to be completed on one of your daily logs created throughout the week.
