Material Procurement at Okland is tracked on a custom-built Excel spreadsheet. This spreadsheet is linked to your P6 schedule and can backdate from date required to the work order needed date which prioritizes the procurement of subcontractors based on material review and lead times. This sheet should be completed by a senior project engineer (or above) and updated alongside the superintendent.
