Features of Work

Features of Work are tracked based on high risk and normal scopes. All High Risk FOW's are tracked in the Observation tool as two separate items: first as an observation to track the pre-install meeting and second to track the initial inspection. High Risk FOW's are determined by the project manager for each job and are determined by the quality of subcontractor performing the work or the nature of work being performed.
