Objective
Ensuring employees have the right tools to do their job well can benefit their productivity, but perhaps even more importantly, it can affect their job satisfaction.
Things to Consider
Not having the required tools affects productivity and time. All tools that are required will help you in your daily job duties.
All required tools are to be carried/provided by all field employees, including but not limited to carpenters, laborers, foreman, assistant superintendents, and superintendents.

· When being interviewed the company will discuss the required tool list that you need to have.
· The first day starting with the Koester Construction you will receive the employee manual.
