Process: Updating Meters (Equipment Hours)
Objective
The logging of operating hours provides the basis for operation and maintenance of heavy equipment. The operating effectiveness and overall condition of a machine is assessed on the basis of the operating hours it has accumulated.
Perform a Manual Search:

1. Tap the Magnifying Glass icon at the bottom right of Android device or the 3 dot icon at the top right on iSO devices. a. Select the Search button.
b. Enter the Equipment Number in the search bar.
c. Item number will pop up below and click on it.
d. Once the Item Details screen comes up. Click on the icon at the bottom right of Android device or the icon at the top right on iSO devices.
e. Click on Update Meter (Equipment Hours will be enter in here)
f. Enter in Equipment hours Every Week. i. Enter in total hours (Meters) into Align this will ensure that we keep up on routine maintenance on the equipment. |
