Fuel Cards

Objective 

Fuel cards can be a great way for the company to manage fuel expenses and provide a variety of other benefits. Businesses fuel cards can save money, increase security, and improve efficiency. 

Things to Consider 

Fuel cards are for putting fuel in company vehicles. Each company vehicle has an assigned fuel card with the vehicle number (tool number).  The fuel card assigned to the vehicle needs to stay with that vehicle.  

Fuel cards are NOT to be used for diesel and/or gas for job sites.  This card is ONLY for filling up company vehicles. 

When assigned a company vehicle the Tool Department will give you the truck ID number.

Steps

Insert your card into the pump to start the purchase
Truck ID will come up on the pump screen. Type in #5604
The pump will then ask for the Odometer / vehicle mileage.  Find the odometer on the dashboard of vehicle. Enter how many miles the vehicle has on it.
If the pump, asks for a card pin number.   Type in # 5604
If for some reason an employee has any issues with the fuel card. Please, contact the Accounting Department.
