Conditions of Mutual Satisfaction
The purpose of a Conditions of Mutual Satisfaction meeting is to encourage open communication among all parties involved in a project. This meeting ensures that everyone is on the same page and addresses any concerns before project start. Its main objectives are to maintain transparency, proactively tackle issues, and ensure that all participants stay committed to achieving the project's goals.

Pre-Construction Meeting
Coordination meeting between the Kier project team and all subcontractors before work commencing on the project. 
All subcontractors are required to have site supervision and billing representation at this meeting. Come prepared to learn and discuss the project details and procedures where we will be reviewing Schedule, Quality Control, Contracts, Insurance Requirements, Change Orders, Procore Training and Billing.

Safety Stand-Down
The stand-down meeting's purpose is to prioritize and reinforce KIER's commitment to our safety culture. It is dedicated to safety issues, incident reviews, and improvement discussions. Ultimately, the goal is to enhance safety awareness and reduce workplace incidents, fostering a safer environment for everyone.
