VDC Action Plans

  1. Complete one Coordination Startup Action Plan at the beginning of every project
    1. Ideally when assigned
    2. At minimum prior to the MEPF subs being selected
  2. Prepare one Coordination Area Action Plan for each area on the Coordination Plan & Schedule
    1. Enter due dates based on Coord Schedule
      1. Initial models = 1 week prior to start of coord
      2. Final models = 1 week prior to Coord End
      3. Logs = Coord End
      4. Sign Off = Coord End + 1 week
