Upload a New Version of a Document

Objective

To upload a new version of an existing document. 

Background

Within your Training Center, the Attachments area has the ability to upload new versions of a document. All links within your Training Center will direct to the newest uploaded version automatically. This is typically why it is reccommended to upload documents into one central location and then use the Create a Link feature to link the document on your Training Center pages. Steps

  1. Navigate to the page where the original document or file was uploaded.
  2. Scroll to the Attachments section at the bottom of the page.
  3. Find the document or file you want to update. 
  4. Hover over the file name select the Upload New arrow icon.
  5. Select Choose File and select the updated file from your computer.
  6. Click Open.
    The new file is now uploaded. All links to the file will now direct to the newest uploaded version.
