Remove Downloaded Specifications (iOS)

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions: 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Specifications tool. 

Steps

There are two methods to remove downloaded specifications:

  • To remove an entire Area

  • To remove a specific Division

To remove an entire Area

  1. On the 'Areas' page, tap the horizontal ellipsis Icon Ellipsis Horizontal icon next to the Area you want to remove.

  2. Tap Remove From Device.

To remove a specific Division

  1. Tap into an Area and locate the downloaded division.

  2. Tap the horizontal ellipsis Icon Ellipsis Horizontal icon next to the division name.

  3. Tap Remove From Device.

     Note
    This action deletes the files from local storage but does not delete them from the Procore web application.
