Bulk Edit Activities
Background
Managing large schedules often requires making the same update to several tasks at once, such as changing a duration or updating a resource. Using the Bulk Edit feature allows you to bypass individual entry, saving time and ensuring consistency across your project timeline.
Things to Consider
Required User Permissions: 'Standard' level permissions or higher on the project's Scheduling tool.
Steps

Navigate to the project's Scheduling tool.

Select the tasks you want to modify:

Click a task row.

Hold the CTRL (Windows) or CMD (Mac) key on your keyboard.

Click each additional task row you want to include in the edit.

Note: The selected rows will be highlighted.

Release the CTRL or CMD key.

Right-click anywhere on the highlighted area to open the options menu.

Click Bulk Edit.

Click into the cell you want to modify and enter the new value.

Press ENTER on your keyboard to apply the change to all selected tasks.
