Delete an Integrated Schedule

Objective

To clear and delete an integrated schedule from the project's Schedule tool.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permission: 'Admin' on the project's Schedule tool. 
  • When you delete a schedule, you're removing the integrated schedule from the project. However, any calendar items that were manually created under the Schedule tool using Procore's built-in Scheduling tool will not be deleted when you clear the schedule.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the project's Schedule tool.
    This reveals the Schedule Week View page.
  2. Click Configure Settings at the top-left of the page.
    This opens the Project Schedule Settings page. 
    Note: Make sure the Overwrite Schedule link is highlighted in the right pane. 
  3. Under the Clear Current Schedule area, click the Clear Schedule button.
    A confirmation message appears and you must confirm the delete action to proceed. 
  4. Choose from these options:
    • To proceed with the delete action, click OK.
      OR
    • To cancel the delete action, click Cancel
