Below are notable changes to the project's Prime Contract tool in 2017.
Redesigned Payment Application Summary Page (11/2/2017)
Redesigned the look and feel, styling, and formatting of the Payment Application Summary page under the Prime Contract tool.
Added Substantial Completion Dates (10/13/2017)
Added Substantial Completion Dates to Prime Contract and Prime Contract Change Orders. This can be enabled in the Prime Contract Configuration Settings. Once enabled, users will see the Substantial Completion Date field on the Prime Contract and the Revised Substantial Completion Date field on the Prime Contract Change Order.
Added Key Contract Dates (6/23/2017)
Updated the Project level Prime Contract tool by adding the following new date fields: Approval Letter Date, Contract Date, Issued On, Executed On, Letter Of Intent Date, Returned Date and Substantial Completion Date. These new date fields can be individually turned on by 'Admin' permission users via the tool configure settings (orange cog icon by the tool name).
Updated Inline Editing On Prime Contract Tool (6/15/2017)
Updated the Project level Prime Contract tool to update the Payment Application's inline editable column on the Payments Received tab. Users can now update the Requisition to which the payment item tied.
Added County, Warranty Date Range, Bid Type, Owner Type, Project Region And Parent Job To PDFs (6/13/2017)
Added more information to the PDFs generated for prime contracts. The new fields include County, Warranty Date Range, Bid Type, Owner Type, Project Region and Parent Job.
Perform Inline Editing Of SOV On PCCOs For Companies With ERP Integrations Enabled
If your company has enabled the ERP Integrations tool and configured it to work with one of the integrated ERP systems, you now use the inline editing feature to modify the values in the Schedule of Values (SOV) tab on a Prime Contract Change Order (see Create a Prime Contract Change Order (PCCO)).
Updated 'Prime Contract' To 'Head Contract' In en-AU (Australian) Dictionary (1/27/2017)
Updated Procore's en-AU (Australian) dictionary. Term has been changed from 'Prime Contract' to 'Head Contract'.
Restored Inline Editing To 'Funding Source' In Prime Contract Tool (1/6/2017)
Updated the Prime Contract tool's Schedule of Values (SOV) and Prime Contract Change Order SOV pages so end users can now perform inline editing on the 'Funding Source' field as expected.
