Search and Filter Meetings
Objective
To search for a meeting in your project's Meetings tool.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Meetings tool.
- Additional Information:
When NO grouping options are applied, you can search for information in the following fields:- Location
- Overview
- Meeting Title/Name
- Date
- Series
Note
- When grouped by 'Series', only the 'Meeting Series Title' can be searched
- Use Procore Search to search for the following fields:
- Minutes
- Meeting Item Title
- Meeting Item Description
Steps
Search for Meetings
- Navigate to the project's Meetings tool.
- In the Search box at the top of the page, enter your search keywords.
- Click Search.
Add Filters
- Navigate to the project's Meetings tool.
- Click
Filters.
- Enter the date range to see meetings within that time period.
- Move the toggle to the ON
position to only show the most recent meeting for each series.
- Click the X to close the filter modal.
To clear your filters, click Filters and Clear All Filters.
