Search for a Meeting (iOS)

Objective

To search for a meeting using the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions:
  • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Meetings tool.
• Additional Information:
  • The following fields are searchable:
    • Overview
    • Title

Steps

1. Navigate to your project's Meetings tool using the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.
2. Tap the Search bar to enter a keyword or phrase matching the meeting. 
   
   
    
3. Optional: To further narrow your search results, tap one of the following tabs:
   • All: This tab is selected by default and will display all meeting items that match your search terms.
   • This Week: Tap this tab to filter your search results by meeting items belonging to the current week.
   • Today: Tap this tab to filter your search results by meeting items belonging to the current day.
     
     
      
4. Tap a meeting to view its details.
