Below are the notable changes to the project's Instructions tool.
New 'Number Instructions by Type' Checkbox in Configure Settings (9/7/2018)
Updated the Project level Instructions tool to add a new 'Number Instructions by Type' checkbox on the Project Instructions Settings page under Configure Settings. This setting is enabled by default and prevents users from editing instruction numbers. To disable this setting (i.e., allow your users to edit instruction numbers), an 'Admin' level user must remove the mark from the new checkbox. Please note that your end users will NOT be permitted to create instructions with duplicate numbers. See Instructions: New 'Number Instructions by Type' Checkbox in Configure Settings.
Changed Tool Name to Instructions (7/26/2018)
Changed the name of the 'Site Instructions' tool to 'Instructions'. The tool will also be updated to provide users with 'Admin' level permission with the ability to create customized instruction types and numbering prefixes.
Added 'Instruction Type' To CSV and PDF Exports (3/14/2018)
Updated the Project level Site Instructions tool to include the new 'Type' column (i.e., Instruction Type) to the List view on CSV and PDF exports. See Export the Site Instructions List.

New 'Instruction Type' Drop Down List in Configure Settings Page (3/13/2018)
For our customers in Australia/New Zealand, we've updated the Project level Site Instructions tool so that a user with 'Admin' level permission can now create a list of 'Instruction Types' which can then be selected by user who create new site instructions.
