Add Attachments to an Inspection Item

Objective

When performing an inspection, you can add attachments to items in the inspection to provide context or additional information.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Standard' level permissions or higher on the Project level Inspections tool.
  • Additional Information:
    • You must have access to the attachment to add it to the inspection item.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Project level Inspections tool.
  2. Click View next to the inspection.
  3. Next to the inspection item, click icon-info3.png Activity. 
  4. Click the plus icon-plus.png icon and select Add Attachment.
  5. Upload files or add files by dragging and dropping from your desktop.
    OR
    Select the tool and file you want to attach.
  6. Click Attach.
