Delete Takeoff Layers
Objective
To delete takeoff layers.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions for the Bid Board tool.
- Required User Permissions for the Estimating tool.
- Deleting a takeoff layer is permanent and cannot be retrieved.
Steps
Delete a Single Takeoff Layer
- Navigate to the project's Estimating tool.
OR
Navigate to the company's Bid Board tool and select a project. - Click the vertical ellipsis
next to the takeoff layer you want to delete. - Click the Delete
icon.
- Click Delete to confirm.
Bulk Delete Takeoff Layers
- Navigate to the project's Estimating tool.
OR
Navigate to the company's Bid Board tool and select a project. - Mark the checkboxes for the takeoff layers you want to delete.
- Click Actions.
- Click Delete and select one of the following options:
- Delete Items and Groups
- Delete Items Only
- Click Delete to confirm.
