Manage Sent Messages for Workforce Planning
Objective
To manage messages that were sent for Workforce Planning.
Background
You can send messages to people that you manage in Workforce Planning. This tutorial shows how to view, archive, and delete sent messages.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Read Only' permissions or higher on the Workforce Planning tool.
- Additional Information:
- Messages sent in Workforce Planning do NOT appear in Emails in Procore.
- Messages that are only visible to you have a lock icon.
- Deleted messages are permanently removed from Workforce Planning and cannot be recovered

Steps
You can manage sent messages in three (3) ways:
View a Sent Message
To view sent messages, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Company level Workforce Planning tool.
- Click Communications and select Messages.
- Click Sent.
- Click the message to view.
You can see the message that was sent and any replies.
Archive a Sent Message
To archive a message, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Company level Workforce Planning tool.
- Click Communications and select Messages.
- Click Sent.
- Click on the message to archive.
- Click Archive.
Note: Archived messages can be seen in the Archived section of your Messages tool. See Manage Archived Messages for Workforce Planning.
Delete a Sent Message
To delete a message, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Company level Workforce Planning tool.
- Click Communications and select Messages.
- Click Sent.
- Click on the message to delete.
- Click Delete.
