Set Up Your SMS and Email Signature in Resource Planning
Objective
To personalize your Short Message Service (SMS) and email signature in the messages that are sent from Resource Planning.
Background
When managing your team in the Resource Planning tool, you can send messages by SMS message or email to provide helpful information like updates to weather, schedules, or for information for certain job titles. You can personalize your signature for these messages so that the recipient knows who the message is from. The changes you make using the steps below will affect the signatures on all messages you send from the Resource Planning tool.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions
- This signature is only applied to messages sent from the Resource Planning tool. To update your email signature for other Procore tools, see Set Up Your Outbound Email Signature in the Emails Tool.
- Message and data rates may apply when sending or receiving SMS messages.
Steps
- Navigate to the Company level Resource Planning tool.
- Click the Configure Settings icon.
- Select My Profile.
- In the 'SMS and Email Signature' text box, enter your signature.
- Click Save.
