Export the Workforce Report
Objective
To generate and export the Workforce report in Resource Planning.
Background
The Workforce report gathers and displays all resource assignments and resource requests for a single date. Assignment information is grouped within its respective project.
Things to Consider

- The information in the report reflects your access to information in Resource Planning.
- Supported File Formats:
- Portable Document File (PDF)
Steps
- Navigate to the Company level Resource Planning tool.
- Click Reports and select Workforce.
- Configure the project information to include in the report:
- Select the Date for which you want to report on assignments.
- Select which projects to include in the report.
- All Active Projects. Select to show all active projects.
- Filtered. Select to show specific projects, then select which active, pending, or inactive projects to report on.
- Move the toggle to the ON position to 'List each project on its own page.'
- Move the toggle to the ON position to 'Include projects without assignments.'
- Move the toggle to the ON position to 'Include resource requests per project.'
- Select what project information to include:
- Project Number. The project number.
- Status. The project status.
- Customer. The project customer.
- Project Type. The project type.
- Project Start Date. The project start date.
- Project End Date. The project end date.
- Percent Complete. The percentage the project is complete.
- Project Roles. The Project Roles. See Assign Project Roles for Resource Planning.
- Select whether to sort projects by Project Name or Project Number.
- Configure what information about people to include in the report:
- Select which people to include in the report.
- All Active People. Select to show all active people.
- Filtered. Select to show specific job titles, then select the job title
- Name Display Order. Select the format to display the person's name.
- Select what information about people to include:
- Job Title. A person's job title.
- Employee ID. A person's employee ID.
- Phone Number. A person's phone number.
- Email. A person's email address.
- Assignment Status. The assignment's status. See Configure Assignment and Request Statuses for Resource Planning.
- Assignment Dates. The assignment start date and end date.
- Assignment Times. A person's assignment times.
- Person's Tags. A person's tags. See Add or Edit Tags for People in Resource Planning.
- Select which people to include in the report.
- Click the Export icon.
- Select the Page Orientation and Paper Size.
- Click Export PDF.
