Import Yardi Job as a Sub Job to a Procore Project

Objective

To import a Yardi job as a sub job into Procore using the Yardi Voyager® integration. 

Background

If you have created a job in Yardi Voyager® that your Yardi Voyager® integration supports in Procore as a 'sub job', you can import it into your Procore project.

Before you add a sub job to your Procore project, you will need to import the job as a sub job from your company's ERP Integrations tool. An accounting approver can import the sub job to Procore using the steps below. 

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Standard' level or higher on the company's ERP Integrations tool AND one (1) of the following:
      • 'Admin' level permission on the company's Directory tool. 
        OR
      • Your Procore user account must be granted the 'Create New Project' privilege. See Create New Projects
  • Not all ERP Integrations support the sub job concept. For those that do, prerequisites, requirements, and limitations may vary. See Things to Know about your ERP Integration for details.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the company's ERP Integrations tool.
  2. Click Jobs.
  3. Under Filters, click Ready to Import.
  4. Locate the desired Job and select the Import Method as Add as sub job, then click Add to Procore

 Note
  • You can only import the job as a sub job. Exporting of sub jobs is not available.
  • You will be able to see the Sub Jobs tab within your ERP Integrations tool, but you will only have the ability to view a list of synced sub jobs.
