View an ERP Job Costs Report
Objective
To view the 'Job Costs Report' when your Procore project is configured to work with an integrated ERP system.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permission:
- For Company Level Reports:
- 'Admin' level permission on the company's ERP Integrations tool. Users can view the Job Costs Report for a selected project.
- For Project Level Reports:
- 'Read-only' level permission and above on the project's Reports tool
AND- 'Admin' level permission on the project's Budgets tool
OR - 'Admin' level permission on the project's Prime Contract tool.
- 'Admin' level permission on the project's Budgets tool
- 'Read-only' level permission and above on the project's Reports tool
- For Company Level Reports:
- Limitations:
- You can only export the Job Costs Report as a PDF or CSV at the Project level.
- Not all ERP integrations sync job costs. To learn more about your ERP integration and its function, see Things to Know about your ERP Integration.
Steps
At the Project Level
- Navigate to the project's Reports tool.
- Click the ERP Job Costs link.
- Next to the Export Data As label, click PDF or CSV to export a copy of the report.
At the Company Level
- Navigate to the ERP Integrations tool.
- Click the Job Costs tab.
- In the 'Filter By Job' area, select your project from the drop-down list
Note: You will only be able to view the Job Costs Report for a single project at a time.
