View Bid Documents

Objective

To view bid documents in your free Procore account.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions for the Bid Board tool.
• Required User Permissions for the Estimating tool.
• When using the Estimating tool, documents are only available for projects that originated in the Bid Board tool.

Steps

1. Navigate to the company's Bid Board tool and select the project.
   OR
   Navigate to the project's Estimating tool.
2. Click the Documents tab.
3. Click though the folders on the left panel to browse through documents.
   • To open a document to view in more detail, click the document name or drawing preview.
   • To download bid document, click the vertical ellipsis icon and select Download. See Download Bid Documents for a Bid in Your Free Procore Account.
