Analytics 2.0 is generally available for new and existing Procore customers. Reach out to your Procore point of contact to learn more. 

For support with Analytics 2.0:

Issue Solution
  • You are receiving errors with the pre-built Power BI reports provided by Procore.
  • You are having difficulties connecting to the Procore Analytics Databricks database.

Make sure you're working with the most up-to-date reports and data. The latest report files are found in your company level Procore Analytics tool from the Power BI tile. Procore Analytics 2.0 updates on a monthly cadence. View the latest changes and updates below:

If you’re up-to-date and still experiencing issues, please collect the following information: 

  • The file name of the report you’re working with.
  • Detailed description of the actions you were taking when you encountered the issue. 
  • Screenshots and/or videos will greatly help the support team assist you.
  • If it is a data discrepancy, a link to your Procore Account where the data can be found.
