Procore company and project Insights are currently only available for customers using the new Project Overview. Please reach out to your Procore point of contact to request to enable this feature.

Objective

To view Procore Company Insights.

Background

Company administrators can view company level insights from the Portfolio Overview page to help solve issues related to underutilized data in their construction projects.

 Note
Procore leverages customer data to enhance the accuracy of Procore Insights. The usage data and the resulting insights models are strictly confidential and are not shared with other Procore customers or used to train or enhance any third-party products or services. However, insights may generate similar responses for different customers when they encounter similar prompts or requests.

Important! At this time, company level insights can only be viewed by customers participating in the Project Overview (Pilot) or by customers with access to the 360 Reporting tool. 

  1. Navigate to either the Project Overview (Pilot) page or the 360 Reporting tool page. 
  2. Procore Insights displays in the right side panel.

  3. Click the vertical ellipsis icon-ellipsis-vertical.png to do the following:
    • Share - Download the insight as a PDF.
    • Support Center - View Procore's product support area.
    • Provide Feedback - Provide feedback about your experience.
  4. Click Go to Report to view a prebuilt report template for more detail about the insight data included in the calculations for the project.
  5. Click Create Entry to go to the tool associated with your insights.
    Note: The options displayed depend on the type of insight you are viewing.
