View Asset Details in the Project Level Assets Tool

Company Administrators can enable the Assets beta in Procore Explore.

Things to Consider

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Project level Assets tool.

  2. Click to view assets from the List icon - list view, Map icon-map-view, or Model Cubeview.

  3. Click the asset ID.

  4. Click any of the following tabs to review the information:

    • Information - General information about the asset including it's type, status, location, and trade.

    • Sub-Assets - Sub assets where the current asset is the parent.

    • Related Items - Items from other tools relating to the asset, such as inspections, observations, and submittals.

    • Attachments - Attachments for the asset, such as warranties, user guides, or specifications.

    • Change History - A log of all changes and updates made to the asset.
