Generate QR Codes for Assets

Background

You can generate QR codes for multiple assets at once directly from the Asset Register. This allows teams to quickly create and download QR codes for printing, labeling, and on-site asset identification workflows.

Things to Consider

• Company Assets Required User Permissions

• Project Assets Required User Permissions

Steps

1. Navigate to the company or project level Assets tool.

2. Select your Assets.

   • Single Asset

     1. Next to the asset, click the vertical ellipses  and select Print QR Code.

   • Bulk Select Assets

     1. Mark the checkboxes for the assets you want to create QR codes for.

     2. Click the vertical ellipses  in the bulk actions menu and select Print QR Codes.

3. Select the page size and format.

4. Click Generate QR Codes.
