 Important

To use assets in Action Plans, you must create a new configurable fieldset for Action Plans.

In the newly created fieldset, enable the 'Assets' field. After the fieldset is created, you must assign to your projects.

Create a New Configurable Fieldset

  1. Navigate to the Company level Admin tool.

  2. Under 'Tool Settings', click Action Plans.

  3. Click the 'Fieldsets' tab.

  4. Click Create Fieldset and select the Action Plans Type.

  5. Enter a name for the fieldset and click Create.

  6. Click the toggleIcon Toggle On ON for the 'Assets' field.

  7. Update field visibility:

    • For all other fields, click the toggle to the ON Icon Toggle On position to make the field visible in the section.

    • Click the toggle to the OFF Icon Toggle Off position to hide the field in the section.

  8. Update required fields:

    • Mark the 'Required' checkbox to designate the field as required.

    • Clear the 'Required' checkbox to designate the field as optional.

  9. Click Save.

  10. Click Assign Projects to add the fieldset to projects.

    1. Mark the checkbox next to each project you want to apply the fieldset to and click Update.

    2. Click Confirm.

  11. Optional: To set a fieldset as the default for new projects, click the Icon Ellipsis Options Menu icon at the end of its row on the 'Fieldsets' tab and select Set as New Project Default.
