Procore Estimating: Add a PDF Attachment to a Catalog Item

Add an Attachment to a Cost Catalog Item

You can now upload a PDF to attach to a new item in the Cost Catalog. After adding the PDF to the item, it can be easily viewed and downloaded. 

Note: You can only attach one PDF file to an item. 

Steps

  1. Navigate to your account in Procore Estimating.
  2. Click Cost Catalogs
  3. Click Add Item.
  4. Complete the necessary information for the item.
  5. In the Attachment section, click Add PDF.
  6. Click Confirm.
  7. Select the file you want to upload. 
  8. Click Upload
  9. After the PDF has been uploaded as an attachment, it can be downloaded or deleted from the catalog item. 
  10. Click Save
    When viewing the list of catalog items, a PDF badge icon is shown for the item and can be clicked to view the PDF.
