Bidding: New Planroom Experience
We improved the Planroom experience by upgrading the design and adding new features!
Some exciting new features include:
- Adding a scope of work to the Bid Sheet.
- Deleting cost codes from the Bid Sheet that are not part of the original scope of work.
- Saving the information you enter on the Bid Sheet for later.

Here's the Planroom's newly designed Bid Sheet!
Users asked to bid will be automatically directed to their bid sheet once they log in from their bid email.
Once a user selects that they intend to bid from either their bid email or from the banner on the bid sheet, the button to Enter a Bid will change to orange and become active.
Clicking the orange Enter a Bid button will open a new Bid window where you will enter your bid information. In the Bid window, you can add a scope of work, delete cost codes that are not part of the original scope of work, and save your information for later.
Then, once you have finalized your bid, click Submit Bid.
