Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:

    • 'Standard' or 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Specifications tool.

Steps

When opening a specification section in the mobile viewer, any public markups published on the web application, as well as your private markups, will automatically display on the PDF canvas. 

  1. Open the specification section in the Specifications tool on your iOS device.

  2. Tap the Markups Layers icon used in places such as the Document Management tool's unified viewer icon at the bottom of the screen to open the Markups panel.

  3. Switch between the Private and Public tabs to view available markup groups.

  4. Tap the eye eye-icon icon next to a markup group to toggle its visibility on or off.

Note: Creation and editing of markups on mobile devices will be supported in an upcoming release.
