Create Inspections on a Drawing (iOS)
Objective
To create inspections on a project drawing using the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Standard' or 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Drawings tool.
AND - 'Standard' or 'Admin' level permissions on the Project level Inspections tool.
- 'Standard' or 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Drawings tool.
- Additional Information:
- This action can also be performed while an active network connection is not available on your mobile device (offline mode). Tasks performed in offline mode will be synced with Procore after a network connection has been reestablished.

Prerequisites
- The drawing must exist on the project.
Steps
- Navigate to the Drawings tool using the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.
- Tap the drawing you want to add an inspection to.
- In the markup toolbar, tap the shape or line you want to add to the drawing. See Mark up a Drawing (iOS).
Note: This markup will be associated with the new inspection. - After you have placed the markup, tap Link.
- Tap Link an Inspection.
- Tap to create a new inspection.
- Select and enter the appropriate information for the inspection. See Create an Inspection (iOS).
- Tap Save.
- To publish your changes, tap the markup and tap Publish.
