Objective 

To import a Timecard into a Time and Materials ticket in the T&M Tickets tool using the Procore app on an Android mobile device.

Things to Consider 

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Standard' level permissions or higher on the Project's T&M Tickets tool.
    • 'Read-only' or higher on the Project's Timesheets tool.

Prerequisites 

Steps 

  1. Navigate to the T&M Tickets tool using an Android mobile device.
  2. Tap the Create icon-create-circle-mobile.png icon.
  3. Fill out the required Description and Performed on fields for your T&M Ticket.
  4. Scroll to the Labor section and select Import Timecards.
  5. Select the timecards you want to import. You search for timecards by employee name or filter the timecards by Cost Code.
  6. Tap Import.
