View Markups for Specifications (Android)

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:

    • 'Standard' or 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Specifications tool.

Steps

When viewing a specification section in the mobile viewer, all public markups created on the web application and your private markups are visible on the PDF canvas.

  1. Open the specification section in the Specifications tool on your Android device.

  2. Tap the Markups Layers icon used in places such as the Document Management tool's unified viewer icon at the bottom toolbar to open the Markups drawer.

  3. Tap the Private or Public tab to inspect listed markup groups.

  4. Tap the eye eye-icon icon next to any markup group to show or hide its annotations on the screen.

Note: Adding and editing markups directly on Android devices will be available in a future release.
