Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions: 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Specifications tool.

Steps

  1. Open the Procore app on the Android mobile device.

  2. Tap the project's Specifications tool.

  3. If your specifications include multiple areas, tap the specific area you want to download.

When accessing the specifications tool for the first time, you must download the project specifications to view them. Follow the steps outlined in the sections below:

  • Download specifications by Division

  • Download specifications Individually

Download Specifications by Division

  1. Tap the Download Icon Download Cloud icon on any division to download its specifications.
    Note: The system will download every specification within the selected division.

  2. (Optional) To remove a downloaded specification division from your device:

    1. Tap the horizontal ellipsis Icon Ellipsis Horizontal icon next to the division name.
      Note: This menu appears only for divisions currently downloaded to your device.

    2. Tap Remove from Device.

Download Specifications Individually

  1. Select a division to view its specifications.

  2. Tap the Download Icon Download Cloud icon for each specification you want to download.
    Note: This action downloads the latest revision of the specifications to your device.
