Create an Equipment Record (Android)
Objective
To create an equipment record using the Procore app on an Android mobile device.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions
- Equipment created is added to both the company and project level Equipment tool.
Steps
- Open the Procore app on an Android mobile device and select a project.
- Tap the quick create
icon and select Equipment.
OR
Tap the Equipment tool and tap the createicon.
- Tap each field to enter the equipment information.
- Status. Tap the status to change the equipment's status.
- Onsite. Move the toggle
to the ON position to mark it as 'onsite'.
- Specification Information
- Category. The equipment category.
- Type. The equipment type.
- Make. The equipment make.
- Model. The equipment model.
- Year. The year the equipment was manufactured.
- Serial Number. The serial number.
- General Information
- Equipment ID. The equipment ID.
- Name. The name of the equipment.
- Hourly Rate The cost of the equipment per hour.
- Ownership. Whether the equipment is owned, rented, or subcontracted.
- If rented or subcontracted, enter the additional information.
- Vendor Name. The name of the equipment vendor.
- Rental Start Date. The start date for the equipment rental.
- Rental End Date. The start date for the equipment rental.
- If rented or subcontracted, enter the additional information.
- Notes. Notes about the equipment.
Tip
To add attachments, create the record then edit it.
- Tap Create.
