Create an Equipment Record (Android)

Objective

To create an equipment record using the Procore app on an Android mobile device.

Things to Consider

Steps

  1. Open the Procore app on an Android mobile device and select a project.
  2. Tap the quick create icon-plus-quick-create-mobile2.png icon and select Equipment.
    OR
    Tap the Equipment tool and tap the create icon-plus-quick-create-mobile2.png icon.
  3. Tap each field to enter the equipment information.
    • Status. Tap the status to change the equipment's status.
    • Onsite. Move the toggle icon-toggle-on.png to the ON position to mark it as 'onsite'.
    • Specification Information
      • Category. The equipment category.
      • Type. The equipment type.
      • Make. The equipment make.
      • Model. The equipment model.
      • Year. The year the equipment was manufactured.
      • Serial Number. The serial number.
    • General Information
      • Equipment ID. The equipment ID.
      • Name. The name of the equipment.
      • Hourly Rate The cost of the equipment per hour.
      • Ownership. Whether the equipment is owned, rented, or subcontracted.
        1. If rented or subcontracted, enter the additional information.
          • Vendor Name. The name of the equipment vendor.
          • Rental Start Date. The start date for the equipment rental.
          • Rental End Date. The start date for the equipment rental.
      • Notes. Notes about the equipment.
         Tip
        To add attachments, create the record then edit it.
  4. Tap Create.
