Procore Data Extract is a hosted and managed solution that integrates your Procore data into a Microsoft Azure SQL Database.
What is the benefit in using Procore Data Extract?
By integrating your data into a SQL database with Procore Data Extract, you can use common reporting solutions (including Power BI, Tabeleau, Crystal, Cognos, Domo, and Qlik) to build custom reports. Procore Data Extract can also be used to move your data out of Procore and into another system.

Do I need a Microsoft SQL Server license to use Procore Data Extract?
No, all Microsoft Azure SQL Database licensing is included with Procore Data Extract.
Do I need any infrastructure to use Procore Data Extract?
No, Procore Data Extract runs on the Microsoft Azure SQL Database service and is managed by Procore.
Can I build my own custom reports?
Yes, you can use any SQL-compliant reporting solution and point it to the Procore Data Extract SQL database.
How frequently does my data refresh in the SQL database?
By default, your company's data refreshes daily. For information about configuring more frequent data refreshes, reach out to your company's Procore point of contact.
