The Procore + Bluebeam integration is currently in beta and can be enabled with Procore Explore.

The Procore Submittals + Bluebeam integration streamlines your submittal review process by allowing you to seamlessly create Bluebeam Studio Sessions from Procore's Submittals tool. This integration enables efficient collaboration on submittal PDFs, combining the power of Procore's workflow management with Bluebeam's robust markup and collaboration capabilities. 

 Note
The Procore Submittals + Bluebeam integration does not require a Bluebeam Studio Prime license.

Requirements

To access and use the Procore Submittals + Bluebeam integration, you will need the following:

  • Bluebeam Login Credentials: Email address and password of your Bluebeam account.
  • Procore's Submittals Tool: Access to the Submittals tool within your Procore project(s).

Set up the Integration for your Procore Account

During the Beta phase, the Procore Submittals + Bluebeam integration can be enabled at the company, project, or user level in Procore.

We recommend you familiarize yourself with the integration's functionality before enabling it. Once it is enabled, it will be essential to communicate with your project teams and end-users. This will help ensure they understand how to use the integration and follow your company’s best practices.

To join the Beta program and configure the integration for your Procore account, you must enable the integration using Procore Explore.

 Note
The Bluebeam application is currently unavailable in the App Management tool at the company level or in the App dropdown menu in your Procore account, as the integration is currently in beta.
