Configure Root Cause Analysis Fields
Company level ‘Admin’ users can now configure root cause analysis fields and add or delete custom values for ‘Hazard,’ ‘Contributing Condition,’ and ‘Contributing Behavior.’ This feature allows users to use values that are consistent with their internal policies and procedures or to be compliant with applicable regulatory requirements. Once these custom values are added, they can be viewed and selected by team members via the Observation and Incidents tools.
