View a Spectrum Job Costs Report
Objective
To view a Spectrum Job Costs Report using the Company or Project level Reports tool.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permission:
- For Company level reports:
- 'Admin' level permission on the company's ERP Integrations tool.
AND - 'Read-only' level permission and above on the company's Reports tool.
- 'Admin' level permission on the company's ERP Integrations tool.
- For Project level reports:
- 'Read-only' level permission and above on the project's Reports tool
AND- 'Read-only' level permission and higher on the project's Budget tool
OR - 'Admin' level permission on the project's Prime Contract tool.
- 'Read-only' level permission and higher on the project's Budget tool
- 'Read-only' level permission and above on the project's Reports tool
- For Company level reports:
- Limitations:
- You can only export the Job Costs Report for a specific Spectrum project a PDF or CSV at the project level.
Steps
View a Company Level Job Costs Report
*Requires 'Admin' level permissions on the company's ERP Integrations tool.
- Navigate to the ERP Integrations tool.
- Click the Job Costs subtab.
- In the 'Filter By Job' area in the right pane, select the Spectrum-integrated project from the drop-down list.
(Note: You will only be able to view the Spectrum Job Costs Report for a single project at a time. You will see the same report as the example shown above, except the PDF and CSV buttons will not be visible).
View a Project Level Spectrum Job Costs Report
*Requires 'Read-only' level permission or higher on the Reports too AND either 'Read-only' level permission or higher on the Budget to or 'Admin' level permission or higher on the Prime Contract tool.
- Navigate to the project's Reports tool.
- Click the Spectrum Job Costs link.
- Next to the 'Export Data As' label, click PDF or CSV.
This exports the Job Costs Report to the selected file format.
