Unlink PCCOs Synced with Viewpoint® Spectrum®

Objective

To unlink a Prime Contract Change Order (PCCO) that has been synced between Procore and Viewpoint® Spectrum®.

Background

When a Procore project's PCCOs are synced with Viewpoint® Spectrum®, a link is created between the records stored in each system. Sometimes, users will inadvertently export a PCCO from Procore and then discover that the PCCOs data was entered incorrectly. When this occurs, the record first needs to be deleted in Viewpoint® Spectrum®. Next, use the steps below to unlink the record. Finally, delete the PCCO in Procore. You can then re-enter the correct information so it can be exported to Viewpoint® Spectrum®.

 Note

To sever the connection between a PCCO in Procore and Viewpoint® Spectrum®, always complete these steps in the order specified:

  1. Delete the PCCO in Viewpoint® Spectrum®. See your Viewpoint® Spectrum® documentation for steps.
  2. Continue with the Steps below.
