Delete Project Cost Codes from a Procore + Sage 300 CRE® Project
Objective
To delete Project Cost Codes from a Procore project that has previously been synced with Sage 300 CRE®.
Background
If your company has implemented the ERP Integrations tool and configured it for use with Sage 300 CRE®, a user with 'Admin' level permission on the project's Admin tool can delete Project Cost Codes under two conditions: (1) The project cost code must not be in use on any items in the project, and (2) the project cost code must first be removed from Sage 300 CRE®, even if the project has previously been synced.

- The project cost code(s) to delete must first be removed from the Sage 300 CRE® project.
- Requirements:
- Project Cost Codes can only be deleted under the following circumstances:
- The cost code must be unused in the Procore project.
- The cost code must first be deleted from Sage 300 CRE®, even if previously synced.
