SUBCONTRACTOR PROJECT USE  
The subcontractor must download the Procore App from the App Marketplace.  Once installed, you can walk through each of the steps below to have them set up for your project.

Accessing the Project - Added to the Directory

  1. Access Procore App
  2. Click the "Directory" icon
  3. Click the small QR code located on the top right.
  4. Sub: Click the "Add me" button to open their QR code.
  5. Superintendent: Scan the code from the "Scan Code" screen to add them to your project.
DAILY LOG INPUT

Subcontractors have limited access to your daily logs in order to submit information for your review before it is added to the finalized daily log.

Deliveries

  • Open the Daily Logs icon from the app
  • Click on "Deliveries"
  • Click the orange plus sign in the top right
  • Click "Camera"
  • Take a picture of delivery
  • Provide the from and any other pertinent information

 

Manpower

  • Open the Daily Logs icon from the app
  • Click on "Manpower"
  • Click the orange plus sign in the top right
  • Provide all pertinent information

 
QR CODES

Access Locations

(Note for Superintendent - have a sample QR code ready to scan)

  • Open the Procore App 
  • Access Camera icon
  • Scan QR code to be taken to specific location for all pertinent information (related to sub) (Observations, punchlist, etc.)
