Notable Changes to Standard Procedures
- All budgets will start in Vista, through a meeting with PM and Renee, and then import into Procore.
- All Prime Contracts will start in Vista and import to Procore
- All billing/invoicing is still being run through Vista and the Third-Party System
- CCD's will now be managed in Procore in lieu of Excel.
