The Documents tool allows us to manage and archive all of our critical project documentation, such as design files, agreements & contracts, permits, financials, tendering documents, health & safety documents, and more. Tucker Hi-Rise utilizes a structured internal digital filing structure which is consistent across all projects. The idea behind formalizing where documents and reports are stored is so that everyone on the site knows where to access the information and the information is organized in a clear format. Having a standard file structure also makes it very easy for Tucker employees to transition between sites as they are familiar with where everything is kept and stored.
