Toolbox Talks

Objective 

Toolbox talks are sent out to keep our employees continually trained on various safety items on a jobsite

Things to Consider 

Toolbox Talks should be done weekly, and are in the ADP program so that they can be done concurrently with weekly timecards

Steps 

1. Login to your ADP account by following this link. 
   1. NOTE: If you are using your mobile device to review, do NOT open the ADP Mobile App as the document will not open within the app.  You must use your mobile web browser. 
2. After logging into ADP, navigate to the “Things to Do” section on your homepage.  Click or tap on Electronic Signature Request task in the task list.
3. Select the blue circle icon to the right of the task.  Select Review and Sign.
4. Review the document by scrolling to the bottom of the page and reading as you go. 
5. Sign the document by typing your first and last name into the designated boxes and checking the acknowledgement box.  If these fields are grayed out it is because you have not reviewed the document in its entirety by scrolling to the bottom.  You MUST scroll to the bottom of the document to sign the document.
6. Click or tap on the Sign button.
