Objective

Provide a guide for all posters/visuals required on each job site, typically posted in the Job Trailer/Job Office as required by OSHA and/or Koester’s Policies

Things to Consider

Postings need to be placed so that they can be viewed by any onsite employee, avoid putting them in individual offices or areas which may be locked or unavailable throughout the day

 

Federal and State Mandated Postings

 

IA Specific EEO Poster- State specific 

·       Includes FLSA, FMLA, OSH Act, EEO & EPPA posters 

·       Include any current addenda 

·       Job Safety and Health- State specific information if not part of EEO poster
