Koester Expectations - As Builts
Department: Quality Control
Topic: Koester Expectations – As Builts
Objective
Documenting any changes throughout the project are important for project success for the owner long after the project is completed. With Koester’s commitment to doing repeat business with owners that are good to work with, there is a good chance that we will be working on project that are being built now in the future.
Things to Consider
Marking up plans throughout the project is much easier than trying to recall info at the end of a project.
Koester will collect As-Built Drawings from subcontractors, especially MEP subs.
In certain situations using the MatterPort (3D scanning) might be beneficial
Procedure
Markups can be done on the Drawings tool in Procore. See the Trainings on Drawings for more info.
